Croatia win Group G as Perisic and Livaja strike

Perisic and Livaja on target as Croatia secure top spot in Group G.
Tottenham winger Ivan Perisic returned to the Croatia starting line-up and opened the scoring in the 22nd minute, before Albion Ademi's second-half deflected effort levelled things up. Antonio Colak's late header wasn't enough for Albania to rescue a point as Croatia held on to win the game and the group.
The result means Croatia finish top of Group G, while Albania finish bottom.
